Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ButtonUp.
Please read our Return and Exchange Policy below to understand our procedures:
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process a refund to the original payment method.
- Please allow 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, you will have to send the shipment back to the company address.
- For COD orders, a store credit will be provided on your registered email address/contact number within 2 working days from the day of return pick up.
Store credit will be valid for one year from the date of credit. - Please return your product in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
- Cancellations will only be accepted till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
- Please note that we do not solve any customer queries on the WhatsApp.
- If you receive a damaged or defective or different item, please contact us immediately at [support@buttonup.in] with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Refund for Free Product Deals
Any items purchased during a sale or any such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns.
